Shirley Covici Sweig, nee Cohen, age 96. Beloved wife of the late Leo Sweig and the late Seymour Covici. Cherished mother of Edward (Carole) Covici, Patricia Covici (Shelley Seideman), Toni (Dan) Przybylski and the late Fern Covici. Dear mother-in-law of Betty Covici. Devoted grandmother of Dr. Steven (Courtney) Covici, Cheryl Covici, Faith (Andrew) Polovin and step-grandchildren April Urdan and Chad (Lauren) Cohen and 6 great-grandchildren and 5 step-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Marilyn (the late Manny) Green and the late Sol (Helen) Levin and the late Joseph Levin. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Long-time volunteer at the Lieberman Home in Skokie. Graveside services Friday 10 AM at Zion Gardens Cemetery, 3600 N Narragansett Ave, Chicago.
