Condolence: Dear Aunt Gloria, David and Robin,
My condolences at this sad time. I did not get to see Uncle Sol much but remember him as a Kind and gentle and generous person. I recall a visit there many years ago in which both he and Aunt Gloria took me out to dinner and every event since then they offered me a place to stay. My thoughts go out to his loved ones at this difficult time.

Words can never really express the feelings one holds at this time of loss. Sol was a great guy and I will miss not seeing him when Shelley and I travel to Chicago. I will miss the smile he always gave us when he greeted us, but more so the smile he gave me with his humor and wit. I'm sure he leaves a smile on a lot of people when they think of him and that is a great tribute to leave.

So sorry I will not be at the funeral. Just know that even though I will not be there in person, I will be there in spiirit. Sol was such a great guy. He made me laugh at his stories and I loved his zest for life. My heart is with you and I am sending condolescences and love to all of you at this sad time.

We are so sorry to hear about Sol's passing. We will remember him lovingly, with his great laugh and sense of humor. He gave me my first job during my summer in Chicago in 1969. It is wonderful that you had him in your lives for so many years. Yay, Sol, for sticking around so long! Sorry we won't be able to join you for the funeral, but please know that we would be there if we could. Chris and I send you lots of love and our sympathies.
