Phyllis Tannebaum nee Warshawsky. Beloved wife of 52 years to Melvin Tannebaum. Loving mother of Howard Tannebaum, Debra (the late Karol) Wilkosz, and Andrea (Dean) Kagan. Cherished Nana of Ari and Maya Kagan. Dear sister of Alice (Eddie) Rolnick and Susan (Mickey) Siegel. Adored companion of pet Gracie. Devoted daughter of the late Robert and Hattie Warshawsky. Funeral service Tuesday, 1PM at Lakeside Congregation for Reform Judaism, 1221 County Line Rd., Highland Park. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
