Eugene Lang, of Skokie, WWII veteran, beloved husband for 70 years of Shirley Lang, nee Busel. Loving father of Illinois State Representative Louis (Teri) Lang and Gayle (Loren) Minkus. Cherished “Pops” of David (Jenna) Lang, Adam (Mindy) Lang, Becky Lang, Ellie (Scott) Strelitz, Aaron (Sara) Minkus, Matt (Stacy) Paul, Chad (Julie Resce) Paul. Adored Great Grandfather of Ethan, Lilly, Olivia, Lucas, Vivian and Jacob. Devoted son of the late Louis and Eva Lang and treasured son in law of Jean Busel. Fond brother in law of David (Jean) Busel. Dear friend of his angel caregiver Catherine Cervantes and close friend to many. Services Tuesday 11 AM at Temple Beth Israel, 3601 Dempster Street, Skokie, IL. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.
