I will always cherish the talks I had with Deanne. We could always talk about anything, especially those things you're not supposed to talk about, religion and politics. She was always respectful of our differences but the treasure was seeing the common humanity in diverse approaches. She is dearly missed.

Dear David and family. I am so sorry to hear about Deanne. She talked so much about her family. They were the most important and joyful part of her life. The world has lost a wonderful person.

It was a joy to work with Deanne. She always thought of others first, and would worry about me falling when I helped her get to her car in the winter. She is very missed. She always shared her wisdom with others, and I am thankful for that! I will miss her, that is for sure!

Thoughts and prayers for Deanne's family. She was a long-time member of the CEM "work family" . She loved having fresh flowers at her desk, and had a friendly smile for everyone who walked in the door. She was also a wonderful support person when I was battling cancer and loss of a spouse a few years ago. As was her tradition, I will be making a donation to JDRF in her memory.
